With funding from Big Lottery and Active Citizens Fund, we are setting up a Drop-In “cafe” with an outdoors feel for young people aged 10 - 16 or thereabouts. It’s every Wednesday from 13th November, 3:30 - 5:00.
You can come with or without your parent/carer, and it’s absolutely free. We’ll be based at the ART ROOMS KINGS HEATH, over the winter months, and later on at the Orchard. (ARKH has creature comforts that are hard to provide at the Orchard, and very welcome over the winter. Brrr…)
We hope you will connect with the wild outdoors in some way - make crafty things from wood, try out pyrography and some carving techniques, doodle, discuss how to save the planet - or just chill out!
Maybe we’ll go into the park for a while or set up a camp fire in ARKH’s back garden. Whichever it is, we’d like to meet you!
