If you want your children to be fit and healthy, enjoy and engage in fun and free activities (and learn a little about themselves and our planet along the way), you will find something interesting here!
The handbook identifies how to take a family or group of children outdoors and engage with nature. It relates particularly to Highbury park Birmingham, but many ideas can be used in other natural open spaces too. It has been written with schools and children’s clubs in mind, but home-educating families have also found it useful.
