First Sunday in June

We know there’s a lot on elsewhere this weekend – but we’ll be down at the orchard doing more of what we like.
The wildflower patch we created last year has really come on – and is now thick with Red Campion.
We are also beginning to see results from seeding the main space with Lupin, Clover, Buckwheat and Phacelia.
Those are putting out leaves and filling in the the composted areas near the top.

Come along and join in if you like!

The green manure mix in late May. We’re hoping to create more of this further down the slope.
